The hotel is very clean with a comfortable feel to it and offers freshly baked cookies on arrival. Although the hotel is well-kept with adequate facilities, there are minor maintenance issues like faulty shower with no hot water in few rooms, AC needs updation, damp carpets could be replaced and strong mildew smell in rooms. However, housekeeping does take care of these issues.
The rooms have poor soundproofing with very thin walls along with a lot of deferred maintenance in the bathroom which is not liked by the guests.
