Hotel Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville Airport (Jacksonville, USA)

Situated just off the I-95, near a variety of restaurants and three kilometers from the airport, the Holiday Inn Express & suites Jacksonville Airport is in a fantastic location. In multiple reviews guests have stated how happy they have been with the location of this hotel and it has more than suited the guest's needs insofar as their personal trips were concerned.

Many comments have been made by guests indicating that the difference between a good hotel and a great hotel is the level of service. That being the case, this is a great hotel. Staff will go out of their way to cater for guests and make staying at this hotel an absolute pleasure.

The exquisite range and full portioned dishes offered for breakfast has more than satisfied guests. The Holiday Inn Express hotels have always delivered an A-class breakfast and the Holiday inn Express Jacksonville Airport is no exception.

Staff members have been complimented on their fantastic service level. However there have been complaints made that this hotel is under-staffed. In some instances, issues have taken longer than expected to get under control and it may be as a result of the hotel needing a few more staff members.

The beds at this hotel were a nice size but there have been a couple complaints that there was a certain level of comfort lacking. Beds were said to be hard and duvets and comforters were not always clean.

There have been a few occasions where small incidents have occurred that have taken a little bit away from each guests overall experience. This did not detract anything major from a great stay but if more attention to detail with regards to cleaning and small service techniques was implemented, it would go a long way.
