Guests loved being so close to the water and the pier. They were also impressed by how many restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance. This hotel is a fabulous place to stay if you're not keen on using your car to get everywhere.

You'll likely find that your rooms are cleaned thoroughly and that they have more space than you might expect. Both these factors combined to help guests have especially pleasant stays and feel at ease from as soon as they arrived.

Guests gave many examples of how they felt staff members went far beyond expectations to help guests with things they needed. This dedication to excellent guest service was reflected in many areas of the hotel, but especially in the behavior of the management and front desk staff.

Some guests were not happy to find that valet parking is the only thing you can do if you've brought a car. They often showed up expecting to find an area for self parking and were disappointed the hotel does not have one. Occasionally, they remarked that the hotel needs to do a better job of advertising parking information, too.

Guests had various complaints related to their mattresses. Many found the beds were too firm, so it felt like there was very little support. In other cases, the mattresses had lumpy areas, and some guests said the beds felt very old.
