Hershey Travel Inn is very rundown and old. Some serious love and attention is required, starting with a fresh coat of paint and some new carpets. Many of the furnishings, amenities and fixtures are well beyond their best. The TVs are small and the Wi-Fi connectivity is pretty hopeless. Some of the outlets don't work. Also, trying to get the water hot enough to have an enjoyable shower is often a hopeless challenge.
Several of the guestrooms are very small and none of them are as clean as is necessary. Layers of dust are quite common and the carpets feel dirty and are stained. There is often an unpleasant, musty smell about the place as well.
