This is a non-smoking hotel

Hampton Inn and Suites Hershey is a 100% non-smoking property which is great for those who don't imbibe and prefer that their room smell fresh and not like acrid, second-hand smoke.

A great location

This hotel is just a few miles away from Hershey Park, Chocolate World and Zoo America. Most of the area's most popular attractions are also close by and you're only 2 miles from downtown. In addition, the property is right off Highway 422, which makes it easy to access and Harrisburg International Airport is just 12 miles away.

Housekeeping is hit or miss

Sometimes the housekeeping at Hampton Inn and Suites Hershey is OK but sometimes it really misses the mark. Carpeting that needs better vacuuming, trash left behind and hairs left in places they shouldn't be can detract from your stay.

The hotel needs a facelift

It's been a while since this hotel has been renovated and it shows. Stained carpeting, dated furnishings and bathroom fixtures that have seen better days are among the worst offenders.

The air conditioning units in some of the guest rooms do not always function as they should which can be problematic in the hotter months. If you come across this problem, ask to be moved to another room.
