Many past guests were really pleased about the service delivered by the hotel’s staff members. ‘Helpful’ and ‘friendly’ were words regularly used to describe the service provided.

When it came to hygiene, most former visitors were happy about this aspect of their stay at the accommodation. The rooms were generally considered clean, tidy and well-maintained.

Whilst it is not the most central, this has not stopped the general opinion being that the hotel is in a good location for getting around Dublin. A wide array of restaurants, bars, attractions and stores are in close proximity, while a convenient bus stop is just a short stroll from the property.

The hot water situation was problematic on occasion for previous visitors to the accommodation. It has been noted that hot water is only available during limited hours in both the mornings and evenings respectively, which has understandably caused issues in the past.

Noise from others staying at the hotel has proven to be a problem for a notable amount of former guests. This was generally attributed to the soundproofing of the rooms, which has been described as inadequate in blocking out a sufficient amount of external noise.

The Wi-Fi has come under criticism from various past visitors that stayed at the accommodation. In particular, the Wi-Fi’s range was highlighted at times as not being sufficient enough in covering all of the rooms.
