Hotel Hampton Inn & Suites Lubbock (Lubbock, USA)

The hotel's staff including the manager, service, and housekeeping are said to be friendly and accommodating to their guests. Many raved about the manager's complimentary dinner four days out of the week and appreciated this nice amenity. The staff members were very personable with guests who were not going through the best of situations.

Many guests agreed their rooms were just right. The flat-screen TVs were crystal clear, the water pressure and temperature were quick and the aspect is clean and modern. The rooms have good comments for their value and clean atmosphere.

The breakfast selection is thought to be varied and plenty for many tastes. It includes hot and cold items, fresh fruit and eggs as well. Many were content to start their day with this morning dish and most found a favorite item to eat.

Some guests decided to walk on the floor with just their socks on and later found out the floor was so dirty it changed the color of the socks from white to black. It seemed the hotel housekeeping never cleaned the floors..

The price paid for the hotel rooms was a bit overpriced for some guests who thought the amenities and facilities were anything but extraordinary. The hotel is a normal, chain option offering the regular free WiFi, breakfast and parking that everyone does.

The rooms of some guests are found to be too loud by the noise coming from the next door rooms, overhead or on the hallways. The walls did nothing to reduce the noise level which did not help them relax in their own rooms.
