Guests were pleased with this hotel's location. This hotel offers easy access to all of the local tourist attractions and restaurants.

Guests will enjoy the location of this relaxing hotel. If guests are not up to visiting one of the local attractions, they can still relax by the poolside.

Communication between staff and guests seems to be an issue at this Country Inn & Suites. Guests reserved a room with a pullout sofa however when they arrived at the hotel, the staff said there were no more rooms available with sofas. Another instance, guests reserved a nonsmoking room but when they arrived at the hotel, only smoking rooms were available.

The hotel itself is simply not worth the cost of a night's stay. Guests were not happy with basic items, such as toilets, working at 100% as well as the bathrooms were not cleaned up to standards. For the cost, guests may find a cheaper, more quality hotel in the area.

Guests have reported that the units at this hotel need a good cleaning. The toilets in the bathrooms were clogged and the overall bathroom was unsanitary. When maintenance was requested, no one was available to fix the problems.
