This hotel boasts that it has the largest rooms in Lubbock and it certainly doesn't disappoint. Indeed, many guests were delighted to find that their units were absolutely Texas-sized. The space gives the accommodation here a light, airy feel that keeps guests coming back time and time again.

This hotel welcomes pets with open arms and, more importantly, no extra fees. Those who had been stung with hefty charges from other supposedly pet-friendly properties were both amazed and highly impressed by the no-strings policy here.

Many guests felt that this hotel represented excellent value for money, especially considering its spacious rooms and thoughtful amenities; indeed visitors loved the in-room kitchens and well-equipped TVs here. Finally, this property's location on the ‘Lubbock Loop' allowed guests to move around the city with great ease, a point that was most appreciated.

There were multiple reports of poor Wi-Fi signal here. This was a particular source of irritation for business travelers.

Breakfast was another point that many felt could be improved. While the hard-boiled eggs and waffles were OK, guests would have liked to have seen a wider variety of more exciting options.

On the whole, the team at this hotel is incredibly helpful and accommodating. There were, however, quite a few reports of guests having terse or even rude encounters with certain members of front desk staff. This, understandably, had a negative impact on the stays of some.
