Times Square is literally on the doorstep of the hotel and with many guests staying in NYC only a few days, the convenience of the location was the top highlight across a number of guest reviews.

This Hampton is a relatively new building and many guests commented in their reviews that it was nice to stay in a modern and contemporary building with simple, functional and nice decor so close to the heart of NYC.

A number of guests found the room tariffs at this Hampton to be particularly good value for money relative to NYC prices, this close to Times Square and the broadway theater district.

A number of guests made complaints in their reviews about the street noise in and around the hotel at all hours of the day. NYC is the city that never sleeps so if you are a light sleeper previous guests recommend that you request a high floor to minimise the impact of the noise.

A number of guests eager to get a jump on the NYC crowds were frustrated in the mornings and at other peak times due to the slow elevators which did not seem to cope with the volume of visitors to the hotel.

Some guest reviews mentored a number of minor room quibbles such as stained bed linen and non-functioning heating and cooling units. Requests for a room change or to rectify other complaints were attended to by hotel management and these did not detract from their overall stay.
