From the moment they checked in, many said that they were made to feel welcome and those who approached the staff with questions and requests said that they were resolved swiftly and efficiently. .

The rooms have been described as stylishly decorated with elegant furniture and upholstery. Guests appreciated all the mod-cons in their suites including the quality coffee makers and fully-equipped kitchenettes. The bathrooms also left a positive impression on many as they were said to be spacious and having modern fixtures and fittings. .

The hotel is situated in a quiet yet central location in Houston which suited guests who came here either on business or to explore the city attractions. Those who did not want to dine at the on-site restaurant every evening where pleased to find numerous restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. .

If you are keen on swimming lengths you might be disappointed as the on-site pool was described as being quite small. Guests objected to the fact that the pool area was often quite crowded and that there were only a handful of cabanas available for relaxing.

There are rooms on certain floors of the building where smoking is allowed and guests who were in the non-smoking part of the corridor objected to being able to smell cigarette smoke in their rooms which had wafted through the gaps in the door.
