A warm, helpful, multilingual staff welcomes you at check-in and is there for the duration of your stay. They are happy to accommodate most any request and the concierge can point you in the direction of places to eat and the most popular local attractions.

This hotel is within walking distance of lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. Many of San Francisco's most popular tourist destinations are a short drive away and because the property is just off I 80, getting in and out is a breeze.

Although the hotel's restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, there is no lunch service available which can be a drag, especially if you have just checked in and are looking for a quick bite. Luckily, there are several restaurants nearby such as Doyle Street Cafe, which serves California cuisine.

Sometimes the housekeeping here is OK but sometimes it really misses the mark. Carpeting that needs better vacuuming, trash left behind and hairs left in places they shouldn't be can detract from your stay.
