Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia Northeast (Philadelphia, USA)

Northeast Philadelphia Airport is just a stone's throw from the hotel making this the ideal place to lay your head before an early morning flight and in the area surrounding the accommodation there are numerous different restaurants and bars where you can grab a bite to eat including Hooters and Five Guys. Also within easy walking distance there are lots of shops and markets.

There is a very convenient shuttle service offered by the hotel where they will take you where you want to go and will then pick you up again anywhere within a five mile radius of the hotel which is particularly handy for flights from the airport and the drivers are always very nice.

The staff have been praised by previous guests for always being polite and courteous to guests and with the front desk staff receiving particular praise for going out of their way to resolve any issues that may arise and for always remaining calm at busy times and when under pressure from guests.

There have been many reports commenting on the noise from other rooms and other guests which makes it difficult to get a restful night's sleep with previous guests mentioning the walls being so thin that you can hear everything going on in neighboring rooms and also from the hallways.

The bathrooms have been described as tiny in negative reviews with guests complaining of not being able to sit on the toilet or get in and out of the shower without actually bumping into something and bruising yourself.

A really good clean is needed in rooms and throughout the building as there is lots of dust or stains on furniture, the carpets are dirty and there is mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom, particularly the shower.
