Hotel Hampton Inn Philadelphia Center City-Convention Center (Philadelphia, USA)

The hotel is centrally situated within walking distance of a number of Philadelphia's most renowned attractions, attractions that include the Liberty Bell and the Convention Center, and guests are also close to a wide range of dining and nightlife options. The culinary places of interest include Chinatown which boasts an impressive selection of restaurants and there are several bars, cafes and restaurants that specialize in other cuisines within walking distance of the hotel as well. Guests are ideally located to experience all that Philadelphia has to offer and will not be short of activities.

The staff are incredibly friendly and courteous, going out of their way to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere. They are attentive and willing to accommodate guests' needs and will happily provide information about the hotel or the Philadelphia area.

Many guests were very impressed with the complimentary breakfast the hotel provided; they felt there was varied choice in food options that spanned hot and cold breakfast items which included waffles, omelettes and fresh fruit.

The Wi-Fi, while free to use, is unfortunately rather slow and unreliable. The connection and speed of the internet are somewhat disappointing and many guests were annoyed by this. However, according to some guests, the connection is better in the hotel's lobby area.

A number of guests felt that het pool area could be cleaner as it seemed a little unhygienic. Inversely, a number of guests considered the pool to be a highlight of their stay.

Some guests felt that the hotel was in need of renovating as the furniture and décor were on the tired side.
