You can purchase a travel card at the hotel reception for a reasonable price and ride all over Vienna with it. The Westbahnhof is within walking distance and the U4 goes west to Schonbrunn Palace.
The renovation of the factory is fantastic. They've made sure to transform an old place into something comfortable and practical. It's charming with antique and contemporary design. The facility is well maintained and the location is safe. The courtyard is lovely with beautiful shrubbery.

The former old factory is in an industrial zone and a good ways from the centre. It's not the most lively area, which can be expected in a former factory area. Thankfully the transportation is not far and you can easily get away. The courtyard can get noisy sometimes too. Thankfully, the hotel has good soundproofing when the windows are closed.
The on-site restaurant is closed on the weekends. If you arrive during this time you won't find anything to feed your hunger cravings. Luckily, there are a few good restaurants within walking distance to the hotel.
