There is only usually one person at the desk counter, but you can rest assured that check-in process will still be fast and efficient. A particular staff that goes by the name of ‘Kevin’ earned many positive reviews for his exceptional service at the front desk. Guests said that he was polite, friendly, and accommodating.

Pets are allowed admittance here for a very small additional fee, in which guests who are pet-lovers appreciated. There are many grassy areas near the hotel where you can walk your dog. Moreover, guests can also ask the front desk during breakfast if the hotel has something different or special for the pets.

Previous guests had various bathroom issues including exhaust fan that was too loud, broken toilet paper holder, and toilet flush that did not work. Some guests also commented about the lack of toiletries in the bathrooms.
