Most guests have appreciated the fact that the Extended Stay LaGuardia is close to the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle for hotel guests and even allows for long term parking after you fly out.

Past guests have enjoyed their interactions with the staff at this hotel, saying that they are very friendly and hardworking. Even though the rooms aren't made up daily, the staff stays busy doing other things around the hotel and is available to answer any questions that you might have.

Many guests were disappointed that there isn't a subway station close to the Extended Stay LaGuardia. Guests had to take a taxi to the nearest subway station to access Manhattan, which disappointed these guests and became quite expensive.

Since rooms are only cleaned once per week, guests have complained about the property being dirty. Guests have said that items from the rooms end up getting piled in the hallways and there is a strong smell coming from some rooms because they haven't been cleaned.
