Most guests commend the world-class assistance of the highly motivated staff. They were friendly and considerate, which made a good impression to the guests. Moreover, they were smiling the whole time that resulted to a positive atmosphere and they did whatever they can to ensure all the guests were satisfied.

Previous guests were pleased with the layout and set up of the rooms. The rooms include a small yet unique kitchen area where guests can cook and prepare their own food instead of buying outside. Just once call away to the reception, and all your basic kitchen utensils will be delivered at your doorstep.

Since the hotel’s actual location is near major establishments, most guests are able to enjoy their stay by traveling to different places within the area. The hotel is also situated near major highways, shopping stores, restaurants, downtown Germantown or Cordova, and almost anything within the Memphis region.

Most guests were dismayed with the foul smell within the whole establishment. They were irritated with the cigarette smoke and distinctive smell of illegal substance which couldn’t be removed despite efforts to sanitize from the elevator area, hallways, then inside the rooms.

Aside from the lack of enough soft pillows, most guests had issues with the quality of the mattresses. They were dirty, hard, and extremely uncomfortable. Moreover, there were also stains on the sheets, disgusting bedbugs, and visible burn holes.

Due to ineffective soundproofing, guests were disappointed with the loud noise coming from the hotel alarm, slamming of doors, and noisy kids running within the hallway. Thus, guests are advised to wear earplugs to get decent sleep.
