Guests are ideally located to explore all that Memphis has to offer, specifically because of its proximity to the renowned Graceland museum which is the former home of legendary entertainer Elvis Presley. In addition to its proximity to Graceland, the hotel is also an ideal location for guests to explore a number of Memphis' attractions such as the Stax Museum of American Soul Music and Sun Studio which are nine miles away. Guests looking to explore Memphis' culinary and nightlife scenes can enjoy the atmosphere of the vibrant Downtown Memphis area which is home to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants and is just over a ten-minute drive away.

The hotel employs an Elvis theme in its décor and facilities and guests were rather taken with this approach to interior design. The swimming pool is large, clean and shaped like a guitar and there are various small touches around the hotel's lobby that are indicative of the hotel's proximity to Graceland.

The staff are extremely friendly and engaging, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel at home upon arrival. They are happy to help with any requests or queries guests may have and in doing so, provide great customer service.

While the vast majority of guests were impressed with the Elvis-themed décor, some took issue with the state of the carpet which they felt could benefit from a deep clean or being replaced altogether.

Some guests found that the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable when they attempted to connect to it from their rooms however, other guests pointed out that it worked perfectly fine in the lobby.

A musty smell lingered in the hallway and other guests complained of a cigarette smell hanging around their rooms.
