Since the hotel is centrally located, the guests found it very convenient to visit nearby areas and other local places of interest. It is off MD 295 and MD 695. Guests could quickly go to Glen Burnie for grocery shopping. Baltimore downtown is less than 15 minutes away, and it’s 40 minutes to Washington DC. It is also close to many corporations like Northrop Grunman, MCI, Goldwell Cosmetics and many more. Restaurants, gas stations, banks and ATMs are within a mile from the hotel.
All the staff members were very cooperative and warm. They have a genuine concern for the guests and do not hesitate in lending a helping hand at any hour of the day. The staff at the front desk also receives special mentions as being very courteous and professional, and taking care of all the concerns of the guests.
Absence of an elevator was troublesome for guests who had lots of luggage, as well as the elderly guests. Taking a flight of stairs to the second floor was very tiring.
Thought the rooms were clean, the bathrooms were in need of serious attention. The toilets were dirty and the floor had mold growing on it.
Many guests occasionally encountered bugs in their rooms, which did not go down too well with them. Disinfection of rooms and beds would be a possible solution to the bug menace, they suggest.
