Many famous tourist attractions like historic Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern are located within walking distance.  Sirkeci train station is just a mile away and you may also get other modes of transport to travel in the city easily. If you like trying new cuisines, then many restaurants are also located nearby.

The multilingual staff at Eurostars Hotel Old City is friendly and makes sure that you feel comfortable. From reception staff to housekeeping, everyone is very attentive to your needs. Small gestures like giving surprises on birthday or anniversary is liked and appreciated by the travellers. From upgrading the rooms to helping with local information, the staff proves to be of great help.

Guests appreciated the breakfast buffet laid out in mornings. The inclusive breakfast offers a variety of choices and everything is delicious too, giving the guests a good start to the day. From Turkish delights to continental, many options are there to satiate the needs.

The Internet connectivity is intermittent and some guests were disappointed with the weak Wi-Fi signals. Perhaps, the connectivity is weak in some rooms and strong in others, as some guests also felt that Wi-Fi is good.

There is a lot of noise in the rooms on lower floors, due to outside traffic and a few guests felt that better soundproofing is needed. However, guests on the higher floor do not have any such complaints.

A few guests felt that rooms are small in size and there is no view from most of the rooms. Windows of some rooms also do not shut properly, leading to noise from outside to come.
