Guests were not expecting to have luxurious accommodations, and were happy to have clean rooms to stay in. It was clean and had comfortable beds, while having private or shared bathrooms that were also clean.
The staff were found to be kind and friendly to guests. They would recommend various places to visit and they would talk to guests in a kind manner. They also speak English well.
Guests felt the rooms were a bit too small and that there were things that could do with a change. The showers needed curtains and the furnishings were really old style. The air conditioning was not very efficient.
The door and walls in between the rooms and hallways did not do much to keep out the noise heard from the corridor and the other rooms. If the next door neighbours were loud or decided to talk for a long time, they could easily be heard.
