The free, daily breakfast is very popular. Guests love the made-to-order omelets and enjoy the wide variety of items on offer which include hot and cold cereals, fruit and various breads. A few guests were disappointed by what they considered to be expensive extras. Wi-Fi is not provided free as standard and some balked at paying the daily parking charge. Guests can choose to upgrade to Premium rooms which provide complimentary Wi-Fi and snacks but there was a feeling that this perhaps did not offer value for money.
As well as complaints over the extra charge for parking, there were also a number of reports of difficulty parking in the lot. It seems that the spaces in the parking lot are very narrow and coupled with the positioning of pillars it was sometimes difficult parking medium to large sized vehicles.
