Guests had ample space to move about in during their stay, with many visitors commenting that the apartments were very spacious and well appointed; which added a level of comfort which resulted in positive ratings.

A number of guests rated their experience very positively because of their interaction with the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. Guests also singled out the management at the hotel by name, with many visitors saying what a competent and professional service they provided.

Close to the Water

Guests commented that the apartments are close to the water and it is only a short stroll from the hotel to the northern tip of the Esplanade in Cairns. Guests were happy they could park their cars for free and wander along the Esplanade taking in the views across the bay.

Bathroom and Kitchen Need Attention

A common complaint from guests who stayed here was that the bathrooms were dirty harbouring mould in the shower recess; and that there were not enough utensils in the kitchen and those that were availble needed immediate cleaning.

A Bit Far For Some

Guests who thought that they were staying in the centre of the action were disappointed that the hotel is to the north of the city centre. Guests commented that without a car, the 30-40 minute walk into town was too far.  Guests warned future visitors that they would need their car to get around.
