The hotel’s riverside location offers a magnificent view and tranquil atmosphere, which the guests have fully enjoyed! Due to its close proximity to the Convention Center, Gatlinburg, restaurants, and shopping areas, most guests were thrilled to roam the whole area. Moreover, its nearness to famous tourists’ attractions was also the main reason why guests chose this hotel.
Aside from the generally clean rooms, most guests are pleased with the nice views of the river available from the windows. Rooms are also spacious and fully-equipped with mini-fridge, television, microwave and a fireplace for the guests’ convenience.
Most of the previous guests prefer softer ones for the reason that the beds or mattresses provided in the rooms are too firm for their liking. As a result, guests had a hard time getting some decent sleep.

Guests had issues with the lack of enough water pressure on the showers. The bathroom area was also not clean, shower head was too low, power outlets were closely situated to the sink which can be quite dangerous. Moreover, water was hardly warm so guests had a hard time taking a nice shower.
