Moreover, its convenient location to the main roads that leads to other cities or tourists destinations is a big plus for guests.

Most guests are satisfied with the appearance and quality of their rooms. The bathrooms are furnished and clean, while the beds and the overall feature of the rooms are in excellent condition - perfect for extended stays!

Due to the polite and friendly assistance of the staff, most guests are extremely pleased with the level of assistance and professionalism that the employees have demonstrated. Staffs catered to all the request of the guests and have been very responsive.

Some guests are able to hear the noise coming from the highway, train stations, and frequent chatting from people at the other rooms especially during wee hours. Thus, you are advised to wear earplugs or request for rooms on the north side of the hotel.

Guests had some issues with the quality of the beds or mattresses used inside the rooms. Some parts of the bed were already broken and have to be replaced in order to avoid any accident especially to small kids playing within the room. The mattresses were also bumpy, while the blankets were thin and looked old.

Most guests had problems with the cold water temperature from both the pool area and in the shower. As a result, most guests had difficulty enjoying the pool and the shower, especially the kids, due to the freezing water temperature.
