The staff are extremely accommodating. They are not impatient if an issue comes up. They seem like a very experienced bunch and offer great suggestions for the area like the best attractions to visit.
The beach is actually a fake. You certainly can't swim in it, whatever it is. It's more for boats to take-off or dock. In fact, it's more like a swamp than a beach. So if you are expecting to relax on a sandy beach, you will be in for a shock.
It's not an actual resort where you can relax in the sauna and afterwards have a nice massage. These you can forget about. There is no fitness room either and no on-site restaurant.
The air-conditioning is ridiculously loud, so if it's really hot you are going to find sleeping a bit tricky. If you leave the window open, you're letting insects in. You might find a cockroach or two scurrying around as well.
