The staff members strive give each guest VIP treatment. They are well trained and do not hesitate to offer you assistance when requested to do so. Their outlook is very positive and makes for a relaxing stay at the hotel.
The buffet breakfast at the hotel is diverse and well prepared. There are a variety of hot and cold dishes served and most guests were spoilt for choice because of the range of the dishes on offer.
Guests felt that they received good value for the money they spent at the hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The environment is breathtaking and you get the added advantage of having the ocean view right outside your window.
The wireless internet connection is quite weak in a few of the rooms. Some guests could hardly connect to the network while on their rooms. They were left with the option of going to the lobby which was rather inconveniencing. Others browsed at such slow speeds that it was barely usable unless you were a very light user.
Some guests thought the pillows were very soft. A few of those who used them woke up with cricks in their necks. They were of the opinion that replacements should be available.
The pool areas mostly during peak seasons could get packed full with guests. Some have complained that the hotel gets too busy and the pools and other public areas are swarming with too much movement.
