Hotel Plaza Pelícanos Grand Beach Resort (Puerto Vallarta, Mexico)

Many guests felt that for an all-inclusive, they paid a good price for their stay. They enjoyed the food and drinks, as well as the friendly staff and the pool area. The location was also walking distance from the beaches.

The food was found to be good with a nice variety and with plenty of healthy options. Guests were pleasantly surprised with the variety and better than expected taste. Man recommend to try the on-site restaurant and make reservations to eat there.

The staff members were found to be friendly and professional by most guests who named the staff by their names. They remembered how kind and hardworking they were in their respective jobs. They were charming and helpful which made the stay memorable.

Guests who needed to have a good Internet connection were annoyed at the poor Wi-Fi signal they received throughout their stay. They would have preferred to have in-room Wi-Fi as well, since there is no Internet throughout the hotel.

Guests did not like that the hotel was full of children with families which did not make for a relaxing vacation. They also did not enjoy the nightly entertainment, and described it as bad singing. The lights and noise from the night entertainment do not let you sleep.

The rooms were found to be noisy thanks to the next door guests who would make noise in the hallways and rooms. If one guest wanted to sleep, there were some who stayed up late at night and disrupted others.
