If you are trying to catch an early flight or laying-over for the night, this is a good choice. Located ten minutes' drive from Washington Dulles International Airport you are as close as you can be and with free parking and a 24-hour, free airport shuttle, you can get to your flight on time with little hassle.

A warm, helpful staff welcomes you at check-in and is there for the duration of your stay. They are happy to accommodate most any request and they can point you in the direction of places to eat and the most popular local attractions.

Other than service animals, Doubletree by Hilton Sterling-Dulles Airport does not accept pets. This is unfortunate for those who like to travel with their favorite four-legged friends.

The air conditioning is inconsistent

The air conditioning is hit or miss here as many of the units appear to be rather old. If you are having problems with the a/c unit in your room, ask to be moved to another room.

It's been a while since this property got any TLC and it shows. Stained carpeting, rooms that are not always thoroughly cleaned, a musty smell and bathroom fixtures that have seen better days make for a less-than-pleasing esthetic.
