Dirty and uncomfortable rooms

There have been complaints regarding the rooms at the hotel to be unclean and extremely smelly. They were quite small featuring dated furniture, uncomfortable mattresses/beds and hard pillows. Moreover, the unstable wardrobes and broken hangers left the guests frustrated and annoyed.

Horrendous bathrooms

According to the guests, the worst part of the hotel were the bathrooms as they were stinking and featured dirty floors. The freezing cold bathrooms with no heating had black moulds in the corners and dirty towels with awful smell. The discomfort caused by the atrocious bathrooms left the guests highly disappointed.

The breakfast at the hotel has been found to be quite expensive. Moreover, the guests were not happy with the fact that the hotel served the breakfast fairly late in the morning.
