If guests decided to use the Wi-Fi or watch TV they were happy with the channel selection available. They also felt the Wi-Fi was reliable and quick. Guests were able to use the Internet during their leisure time or for work.

Most guests enjoyed the good value of their rooms and felt it was a worthy stay for the price. The rooms were spacious and the furnishings comfortable, while the free breakfast was a plus. It was also nice to have friendly staff working the hotel.

The staff members were said to be friendly people who accommodated their guests nicely in their rooms. They were efficient in check-in and if they asked for certain things they were given to them quickly. It was a nice visit thanks to the staff members.

Guests did not enjoy the floors were not the cleanest they’ve seen. They felt the floors got dirty quickly to the point they did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. The rugs were not vacuumed properly and in general the room’s cleanliness was not the best.

Guests were able to hear the noises coming from the next door neighbors or people who would slam their doors in the hallways. It was also obvious to hear people above the room if they had heavy steps.

The hotel is said to be in need of a good update by most guests. They felt the place needed maintenance such as drainage, lighting and furnishings that needed to be redone.
