Visitors love the location of this hotel. It's close to many attractions. It's also not far to stores and restaurants if you're looking to do a little shopping and grabbed a bite to eat. So when it comes to a matter of conveniences, this hotel gets gold stars from travelers.

Guests said that they had positive interactions with the staff. They seem to go above and beyond to help their visitors. An overwhelming majority of the employees won high praise, but especially the front desk and cleaning staff.

Overall, guests remarked that although it's not ultra-chic, it is inhabitable. Furthermore, it's not overly expensive either. Some remarked that if you're not looking for luxury, and you just want a clean place to sleep, this hotel will do nicely for you.

Serious Smoke SmellsEven among non-smoking rooms, guests remarked that some guestrooms smelled very strong of nicotine and old smoke. Some guests commented that using spray didn't make the smell depart, so sensitive noses beware.

Some guest remarked having bite marks in the morning. Others mentioned finding waterbugs, ants and other creepy crawlers in their rooms. Most visitors though didn't seem to have issues.

The hotel seems to have a number of issues such as lumpy beds, an outdated fitness room, rug stains, plugs coming out light sockets, weak air-conditioning, dirty coffeepots and old TVs. For some visitors, if given the chance again, they mentioned that they would seek accommodations elsewhere.
