This hotel is perfectly located for those who wish to explore many New York attractions and immerse themselves in the culture of city. As the hotel is located in close proximity to the vibrant area of Chelsea, guests can enjoy a wide range of fashionable shops, bars and restaurants while also having easy access to a number of New York's renowned cultural landmarks such as the Empire State Building and Times Square. Museums and shopping destinations like Macy's, are easily accessible also, as are numerous public transport links that can take guests to other areas of Manhattan or other New York boroughs.

The rooms are well-sized for a hotel that is located in the center of a city, and some guests were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms were. They were also incredibly pleased with the large, comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping staff provides a daily service and are diligent in maintaining a clean room and hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, ensuring that guests feel welcome upon arrival; they create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and are quick to respond to any requests or queries guests may have about the hotel or the city.

An area nearby the hotel was undergoing some construction work for many guests stays. It is unclear whether this construction work is ongoing or if it has been finished. Regardless, this is not a problem with the hotel specifically but guests found that the construction noise was somewhat annoying.

While guests found the rooms to be comfortable, and some said that the rooms were surprisingly roomy, others found them to be somewhat cramped.

There is not a wide selection of food at the hotel's breakfast and some guests would have preferred more options.
