Hotel Courtyard New York Manhattan - Central Park (New York, USA)

This Courtyard by Marriott location is conveniently located in close proximity to a large number of New York's most renowned attractions including the scenic and expansive Central Park and the culturally significant MoMA. A vast array of shops, bars and restaurants are nearby and guests can immerse themselves in the city's culinary and nightlife scenes with relative ease. There are also many subway stations within walking distance from which guests can access other areas of Manhattan and the outer boroughs of New York.

The hotel has recently been built so all facilities and room amenities are very modern; the on-site fitness facilities are contemporary and work well and the rooms themselves are decorated in a current and stylish fashion and are fitted with modern amenities such as LCD televisions that ensure the rooms do not feel dated or dingy.

Guests were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms which they found to be unexpectedly expansive considering the hotel's central New York location. The windows are large and give the room an airy and spacious vibe while also providing breath-taking views of the city. The beds are comfortable and similarly large as well.

While some guests felt that the rooms were surprisingly large, others felt that they were somewhat cramped. This may have to do with the number of guests staying in these rooms as the guests that mentioned the rooms being on the small side seemed to be staying with groups of four.

The staff at this hotel were found to be on the dismissive or indifferent side by some guests however, other guests enjoyed the customer service they received.

Some guests felt that while the hotel was very modern, it could have benefitted from a thorough cleaning.
