Th e hotel’s location is not in a nice area as was mentioned by many guests. They thought the proximity to the freeway and in a not so attractive neighborhood. The area did not leave a good impression for some guests, as there was a strip club across from the hotel. Many guests agreed the staff was friendly and prompt to guest requests. They enjoyed having an efficient check-in and check-out process and appreciated having the staff cater to their requests. They went above and beyond most expectations.

Most guests agreed the rooms were very spacious for their needs. They enjoyed having the extra leg room available for them and noted the larger than norm space when compared to similar hotels. This was a nice surprise for them.

Many guests felt the rooms were clean and comfortable during their stay, and they were happy housekeeping was doing a nice job of daily cleaning. They also felt the furnishings were comfortable and nice.
