Courtyard by Marriott Austin Northwest Arboretum is a 100% non-smoking property which is great for those who don't imbibe and prefer that their room smell fresh and not like acrid, second-hand smoke.

Clean guest rooms, comfortable beds and soft linens make for a great stay. And with lots of amenities and a sitting area, you can really stretch out and relax.

The friendly, helpful, multilingual staff is there for you from check-in and through the duration of your stay. They are happy to accommodate most any request and can point you in the direction of local eateries, entertainments and popular tourist destinations.

Other than service animals, Courtyard by Marriott Austin Northwest Arboretum does not accept pets. This is unfortunate for those who like to travel with their favorite four-legged friends.

Although the hotel restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, they do not serve lunch which could be a bit of a drag, especially if you've just checked in and are looking for a quick bite. However, there are several places to eat within walking distance of the hotel like Iron Cactus Mexican Grill and Margarita Bar, which serves Mexican food.

The parking lot at this hotel is a bit small for the property and tends to fill up fast, especially on weekends and during peak travel season so be sure to get there early. There is parking available in an adjacent lot, but obviously, it is not as convenient to the hotel as the on-site lot is.
