Hotel Extended Stay America Suites - Austin - Northwest/Arboretum (Austin, USA)

The staff are extremely friendly, personable and welcoming, providing excellent customer service and creating a warm atmosphere that will make guests feel at home upon arrival. The staff are happy to help with any requests or queries guests may have regarding the area or the hotel itself and will happily accommodate guests' needs.

The hotel is centrally located in Austin, adjacent to a convenient highway that can take guests to the airport or other areas of the Austin. There is a large selection of shops, including The Domain Mall and the Great Hills Mall which feature numerous outlets and eateries. There are also several bars and restaurants nearby so guests will not have a limited set of culinary options. Many guests found the area's scenery to be picturesque and scenic and an added bonus of staying in this location and the vast majority felt safe and comfortable in this area as well.

The rooms are well-sized and include modern amenities that should replicate the comforts of home; the kitchens are well-equipped and provide enough equipment for guests to self-cater. The beds are large and comfortable, with supportive mattresses and plush pillows that guests very much enjoyed.

A number of guests complained of the rooms smelling stale and some guests found that they were placed in rooms that allowed for smoking, as opposed to non-smoking rooms and they did not appreciate the cigarette smell.

Guests found that, at times, the water in their bathrooms would not work because a large number of other guests were using their bathrooms and they found this to be annoying.

The standard of cleanliness did not meet some guests expectations who felt that the hotel could have been more hygienic however other guests felt that the hotel and their room was adequately clean.
