The local community near this hotel is a pleasure to walk around according to guests. It's great for shopping in Kildare and there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. You'll find Chinese restaurants, Indian, and Italian, all within walking distance. Plus, Dublin is conveniently less than one hour way.
Rooms are beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay including comfy beds and excellent bathroom facilities. There is a feeling of cosiness. Upgrade to a suite to enjoy lovely views of the surrounding area.
The staff at this hotel are excellent. They exude professionalism, are polite, helpful, and friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable about the area and offer great tips for what to see and do in Ireland. An hospitable atmosphere will have you anxious to return.
On Fridays and Saturdays, the bar offers live entertainment, and the band plays until the early morning hours, which makes it impossible to sleep, especially for any room close to the bar area. Request a room far away from the bar.
Guests say it's hard to connect to the Wi-Fi, which is probably why it's free. The hotel gives you a new code for each day of your stay, which many guests find bothersome and inconvenient.
