The hotel is located right next to the George Bush Intercontinental airport which is very convenient for business travelers with the added bonus of a free shuttle service which is offered by the hotel. The center of Houston is a short 20-minutes' drive away where there is so much to see and do and the hotel is easily accessed from the highway and only minutes from freeways 45 or 69.

The breakfast offered has received lots of positive mentions in reviews by previous guests for the choice available and for the quality. You can choose from a continental spread with pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt etc. or there is a cooked choice with the traditional sausage, bacon, eggs, waffles etc. This is all complimentary and should you wish to eat out at other times there are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Many members of staff have been mentioned by name for being so friendly and wanting to go out of their way to ensure that you have a pleasurable stay such as being proactive in resolving any issues which may arise and always having a smile for guests.

Although some guests have been happy with the shuttle service, there have been reports that it is quite unreliable in that it is late or doesn't run at certain times, which can be a problem when you are catching a flight.

The hotel is looking very old and needs updating and modernizing, according to reviews. The rooms have seen better days and the televisions look a few decades out of date.

Some guests have mentioned the noise from the airport as being too loud and disturbing to sleep whereas the majority have been quite understanding if you consider the fact that this is an airport hotel.
