The “Villas La Quinta” are situated in the prime residential area of La Quinta, in the municipality of Santa Úrsula, on the northern coast of the Island of Tenerife. It was after the conquest when the name of Santa Úrsula was given to this town, however, the original ancient Guanche name was “Chimaque” meaning “source of life”. Nowadays, this ancient name adequately describes Santa Úrsula, particularly the area of “La Quinta”, which according to the elderly has the most stable climate of the Island. “La Quinta” is an excellent residential area offering unique landscapes with spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean, Orotava Valley, and Mt. Teide. The sunsets enjoyed from here are simply fantastic, almost magical. Within walking distance is the 4 star Hotel La Quinta Park Suites with fantastic spa facilities and sports (Tennis/Squash etc). Also in the same urbanization is the newly opened Santa Úrsula sports center (Complejo Deportivo Santa Úrsula) featuring an 8 lane x 25m indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym, housed in modern installations.
