Puerto de La Cruz is an easy walk for those who are fit enough to navigate the hills. For those who can’t or don’t want to walk, taxis are plentiful, cheap and can be ordered at the reception desk. There are lots of bars, shops and restaurants surrounding

Big Refurbished Rooms.

The hotel was undergoing renovation in 2015 and guests love the improvements to the large rooms, especially the comfortable beds and new furnishings.

Guests say there is plenty of food at the buffet, but some aren’t happy with the variety and quality of the meals. The staff gets high marks but guests say there aren’t enough people working and they have to clear their own plates and find their own silve
