Guests liked the closeness to the theme park resort which is only about 15 minutes away. The hotel is in an area where restaurants and fast food chains can be easily reached with a short walk. The city of Paris is about 30 minutes away but the Marne area has plenty of historic and natural attractions to offer as well.
Many guests felt that they received excellent customer service and that the staff is very well trained. Guests enjoyed their help with finding attractions beyond Disneyland Paris and recommending restaurants. The staff is well versed in English so there are no language barriers.
Many guests felt the rooms are on the small side. It is a basic hotel but most guests liked the cleanliness and that it was in a quiet area. The value for money is very good.
The hotel is not really near any public transportation so you might have to get a taxi cab to get to the nearest train station if you don't have a rental car.
Some guests really liked the breakfast while others were not really impressed. Kids receive free breakfast which might be an incentive to try it. There are restaurants and cafes nearby as an alternative.
Some guests had trouble with the shower and left a wet floor. You might want to pay attention to this issue when you use it.
