A number of reviewers specifically singled out the hosts as being very good at what they do. The hosts were very welcoming according to previous guests who made them feel at home quickly which set the tone for a great stay.

Guests commented that the hotel is in a good location and handy to both the central business district and Fortitude Valley which are both within easy walking distance. The Roma Street Parklands and the River are also only a ten minute walk from the hotel.

Previous guests left comments in their reviews that they thought that the hotel was good value for money in a fairly central part of Brisbane city when compared to other apartments and hotels in the area. Guests also commented that the area was safe and secure.

Guests thought that the hotel could use some renovation as the decor was old and showing signs of wear and tear which could use replacing to give the hotel a more modern and contemporary look and feel.

Guest who rely on Wi-Fi to stay connected to family and friends or with business collegues during their travellers were disappointed that there was only limited Wi-Fi at the hotel. From comments it did not seem that the allocation was suffieent to provide any real amenity.

Guests who were not happy with the standard of cleaning in their rooms left negative comments in their reviews about this aspect of their stay with some suggestng that housekeeping need to pay more attention to detail when they go about their duties.
