Though the apart hotel is popular with business travellers for its location among the glittering skyscrapers of La Defense, sightseers love that the closest metro station is under five minutes away on foot, and offers direct connections to the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre, and many other top Parisian attractions. Though the area is busy on weekdays, the nights and weekends are generally described as very quiet.
Many guests give the front desk top marks for their personable and professional customer service, commenting often on their smiling faces, friendly responses to inquiries, and knowledge of the area. The complimentary coffee bar is a much appreciated feature, too.
Many guests find the rooms reasonably spacious "for Paris," and also note that that the well-equipped kitchenette has "everything you need." Those who book rooms on the higher floors enjoy the view of the Seine and the city. There are plenty of outlets and the Wi-Fi is reasonably speedy.
