It could be the surroundings-tall palm trees swaying in the wind providing a breezy canopy to swing underneath in a hammock, colourful blooms of roses, the scent of orange trees, the bright blues and oranges of the house, butterflies landing on your sun lounger, a glistening pool-so clean and deliciously cold in the hot Moroccan sun. Rooms are spacious and finished to a really high standard; cosy with a fireplace and a lovely little terrace - it was such a simple luxury to have an orange tree on the doorstep. Delicious breakfast of nuts, honey, marmalade, olive tapenade, cream cheese and tomatoes to smother on fresh bread and pastries, eggs to your taste, orange juice made fresh and peaches with mint. what really makes Casa Taos so special is the personal touch provided by the owner and all his staff: the team at Casa Taos make service seamless. Everything about Casa Taos is luxurious but not in an overly fussy way. This sums up Casa Taos: they really want you to have a lovely time.
