Hotel Caroline (Vienna, Austria)

The breakfast buffet was thought to be a nice morning meal by guests. They thought the options were tasty and the quality was good. It was included in the price which made it a nice offer.

The staff members were found to be friendly and kind by guests who encountered them. The receptionists and cleaning staff were nice people who did their jobs in a professional manner. The staff treated their guests kindly by recommending how to head to the centre.

The rooms were found to be clean and comfortable by guests who stayed here. They found the rooms to be spacious with nice views. There were nice TVs and spacious bathrooms with bathtubs. The rooms were also cleaned regularly during their stay.

The outdoor noise was not diminished by being inside the hotel. The noise from outside from rather distracting, especially if guests needed to open the windows to let some fresh air inside. The area had noise and did not help guests relax.

The Wi-Fi was not the best of Internet usage for guests who would have preferred a reliable connection. They also would have liked to have a quicker Internet to do basic Internet tasks.

Location-wise, guests did not really enjoy the hotel not being in the centre of the city. It was only close to the metro which then takes you to the centre. They would have preferred a close central position, which made the hotel not ideal.
