Hotel Best Western Plus Newark Airport West (Newark, USA)

The hotel is located in very close proximity to Newark Airport and also offers easy access to many New Jersey attractions, such as Newark Lincoln Park and Jersey Gardens Outlet Mall as well as providing a shuttle service (for an additional fee) to New York's Penn Station from which guests can explore New York attractions and the numerous dining and nightlife options before returning to the hotel with relative ease.

Guests have access to a number of amenities that are free to use, such as the airport shuttle service that runs 24-hours a day and free fitness facilities as well as having access to complimentary Wi-Fi. A complimentary, buffet-style breakfast that offers hot and cold food options is provided every morning; all these amenities result in a package that is certainly good value for money.

The rooms are comfortable, spacious and fitted with modern amenities that ensure guests feel at home while the daily housekeeping service maintains a high level of cleanliness.

While a large number of guests felt that the location was a positive aspect of staying at this Best Western location, others felt that the location was inconvenient as they wanted to explore more of New York and could not do without utilising the shuttle bus service the hotel provided.

The staff were found to be somewhat uninterested by guests and they found this disappointing, however, some guests felt that the staff were very friendly.

Some of the décor is tired and the lighting in the hallway is very dark. Some guests found the hallways were dirty and that there was a mildew smell that permeated the air. However, for the most part this hotel is recommended by the majority of guests who stayed there.
