Boasting high ceilings and large windows, guests commented very positively on the overall ambience of their rooms. The light and bright décor only enhanced the airy and spacious feel of units.

Guests loved the central location of this hotel, which is set adjacent to Vienna's Innere Stadt and Stephansplatz. Many were pleased to find that they had excellent access to the Nashmarkt, one of the city's most popular markets as well as the Karlskirche, the museum quarter and the Albertina. Those hoping to go further afield were pleased to find that the nearest U-bahn station - Karlsplatz - is located just steps from this property.Despite its very central location, guests were pleased and impressed to find that their units were tranquil and quiet.

Warm, cordial and always helpful, the staff at this property are nothing but impressive. From assistance with rental cars to help with maps and local directions, nothing, it seemed, was too much trouble for the team here.Additionally, this property boasted some very thoughtful amenities, little perks that served to truly impress guests. The food was a major plus, with guests speaking very highly of the extensive breakfast buffet here. The all-day coffee and cake service offered on the mezzanine level of this hotel was also a much-loved treat, something that enhanced the overall sense of luxury here.Finally, this property offers weekly in-house concerts, a quirky little perk that really raised the overall profile of this hotel.
