Due to the availability of basement rooms, most guests were q disappointed when they were automatically placed in the basement area. The location of the room at the basement was very poor, uncomfortable, and dark most of the time, so guests had no choice but to ask for a room replacement.
Most of the negative reviews were from guests who had difficulty with the parking area provided for them. The area was limited due to having only four maximum spaces. As a result, guests were forced to park outside at the streets or to double park and wait for a more convenient parking area.
Previous guests were irritated with the noise coming from the front desk and breakfast area. Those guests who were placed near the reception area had a hard time sleeping due to the loud and continuous greetings from front desk personnel to other guests.
